Sly-One are a trio of producers & DJs. Their sound is influenced by years of playing in Bristol, as well as personal tastes in drum machines, rough bass and unique production techniques to create a consistent sound of the underground.
Although only formally established towards the end of 2011, already the trio have signed tracks to great labels such as Shifting Peaks with their deep house classic ‘Come To Mine’ with remixes from Jus’ Now and HNNY aswell as their bassline driven banger ‘Warm Red’ released on Addison Grooves label; Lost In Translation.
2014 saw Sly-One release their first record of the year on the well established 877 records label with the house anthem ‘All Mine’. The second release of the year included the club stomper ‘Cowbell Tool’ and dark roller ‘Centerfold’ on the Black Butter Records spread love compilation.
The music of Sly-One has been represented by great artists such as Redlight, DJ Die, Addison Groove, Oneman, Paleman, Monki, Mak & Pasteman and many more aswell as being featured by Red Bull, Get Darker, XLR8R, Crack Magazine, Hyponik, Eton Messy, BBC Radio1, Kiss, Rinse, BBC 6, etc.
What has given Sly-One their credible reputation is not only the music they make but also their performance on stage, with the infamous live cowbell, FX processing, mixing, tune selection and liveliness all adding to their live show.
