Returns & Refunds
Our online shop falls under the category of ‘distance selling.’ By law we must offer a refund if a customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their items and tells us that they want to cancel. The customer then has another 14 days to return these items. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the items back.
We will not be able to accept returns or refunds on items that have been damaged through no fault of our own, or if you have damaged the packing whilst opening so that it is beyond resale.
Items must be returned at your own cost and risk and we will then refund the original purchase price.
Please note that delivery charges for the original order are also non-refundable.
Our pre-loved section contains second hand items. All items condition are listed in the description, often with audio previews. Please check the item description carefully before ordering and contact us if you need clarification.
The policy above does not affect your statutory rights and we will always try our best to give a refund or return where possible.
